My little hamster passed away on mothers day,she was 2 years and 6months old.She was supposed to be for my little girl but i ended up being the one playing with her, feeding and cleaning the cage out.Im a huge animal lover and dont care how big or small they are, when they come and live with us they become part of the family and Miss Tullulah was. When we went to choose a hamster my daughter said she wanted a girl but the store only had boys,so miss Tullulah was actually a boy but lived as a girl until we told my daughter a few weeks back!! Miss Tullulah was gorgeous, she was black and white, and so gentle, she never bit anyone, she would even let me stroke her tummy, and take seeds from my lips to eat. She will be missed very much,we have buried her in the garden and made a cross to mark her spot.I will love her forever, and she can wait at rainbow bridge with my other babies till my time comes to be with them again. sweet dreams XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Precious Love

The agony is so great...
and yet I will stand it.
Had I not loved so very much...
I would not hurt so much.
But God knows I would not want to diminish
that precious love...
By one fraction of an ounce.
I will hurt...
And I will be grateful for that hurt
For it bears witness to the depth of my love.
And for that I will be eternally grateful.

Ask My Mum How She Is...

My Mum, she tells a lot of lies,
She never did before.
But from now until she dies,
She'll tell a whole lot more.

Ask my Mum how she is
And because she can't explain,
She will tell a little lie
Because she can't describe the pain.

Ask my Mum how she is,
She'll say "I'm alright."
If that's the truth, then tell me,
why does she cry each night ?

Ask my Mum how she is,
She seems to cope so well.
She didn't have a choice you see,
Nor the strength to yell.

Ask my Mum how she is,
"I'm fine, I'm well, I'm coping."
For God's sake Mum, just tell the truth,
Just say your heart is broken.

She'll love me all her life,
I loved her all of mine.
But if you ask her how she is,
She'll lie and say she's fine.

I am Here in Heaven.
I cannot hug her from here.
If she lies to you don't listen,
Hug her and hold her near.

On the day we meet again,
We'll smile and I'll be bold.
I'll say, "You're lucky to get in here, Mum,
With all the lies you told!"
